As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Communicard as average. The company website is communicard.ca. My experience with them was alright. The customer service was helpful, but the response time was a bit slow. They need to work on improving their communication and being more prompt in answering queries. Apart from that, the quality of their products was satisfactory.
