As a customer, I recently purchased a lighting fixture from the company and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of options to choose from. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process, as the item took longer to arrive than expected. 🤔 Despite this, the customer service team was helpful and managed to resolve the issue promptly. I appreciated their effort, but I do expect better coordination in the future. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, with room for improvement in the logistics department.
