My experience with LIFEMATTERS AT WILLOW RUN was average. While the customer service was satisfactory, I expected more from their caregiving staff. The caregivers were friendly, but often seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of care I was hoping for. Overall, the service provided was decent, but nothing extraordinary.
