so Rude !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't get an answer for my question! the lady at the "standard" was super rude, she did't let me finish my question and keeps on sending me to the website!! I wouldn't even call if I found what I am looking for on the website... very unprofessional, I am so disappointed.
