Lucy's is a great costume shop for cheap. Their quality isn't performance level (check Costume World near Burnet/183 for that) but it is well priced, varied, and modern. If you want to dress as a staple or contemporary character you won't have any problem finding the costume and it's varied accessories here. As mentioned, the store is very cluttered so take your time looking or ask the helpful staff. One note - if you're a size small you'll have problems finding clothes in here as they mostly carry mediums and larger.
