I recently used this company’s services for my elderly relative. The caregivers were kind and attentive, providing good companionship and assistance. However, I did encounter some communication issues and scheduling conflicts, which could be frustrating at times. The website was informative, but the navigation was a bit confusing. Overall, the experience was average. 😐
