Nicole and her team are AMAZING! They have sold two houses for me and both times went above and beyond, but this last house, above and beyond doesn t even cut it. We had an HOA issue that Nicole surely did not have to follow through with, but I was relocating to the east coast and on the road. She took it on and stuck with me the whole way, even after I arrived in my new state! She is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn t have asked for a better experience or a better person to handle my sales. I can t even say enough great things about her and would give her 100 stars if I could! I also recommend her to anyone I know! If you need an excellent realtor, look no further! She s the only one I would ever use in Colorado!
