Groupe 3id is an average company with decent products and services. They have a good website which is easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, my experience with Groupe 3id was satisfactory but not exceptional.
