I have given this one star as there is no option for a score of zero.

In brief;
Dangerous, disgusting, chaotic understaffed hovel.
Moved rooms three times. One bed for two parents and our 14 year old daughter expected to share. After third move of room we were so exacerbated and mentally drained we asked the rep to move hotel, however we were told there were no others available. Numerous other families had similar complaints as ours and one complained of having four rats in their room they also moved rooms four times. Every room was in a poor state, one of the rooms we were given had bare wires hanging put of the wall behind the tv/cupboard (Dangerous). Plugs missing in sinks and baths, sockets hanging off walls, chipped and broken cups doled out in buffet areas, mess all over including the pool area, the pool liner is coming away over vast areas and there are loose or broken bricks around the pool edge, oh and there is only one small stepped area for entering or exiting the pool other than that you need to be extremely fit to exit anywhere else because there are no steel railed steps at all.
Language is a major problem when trying to communicate with the staff, most drinks are served warm in tiny plastic cups, in fact by the time you get back to where you are sitting if you put a tea bag in the drink it was hot enough to make a brew.
There is not enough space on here to explain everything but the best advice i can give you is this place is being sold as 4/5 stars dont be mis sold as many of us were. Keep your hard earned cash and spend it on a stress free none YMCA type hotel that is recommended by others.
