So unprofessional and awful treatment of the clients it really amazes

Hello!
I ordered your dress by Sveta Milano ( Oxford Silk Floral Dress Limited Edition - size 34) on the Wolf&Badger website on the 6th of June. I ordered it in size 34 because it is my size. The first parcel I got was with a dress size 38. I sent the wrong item back on the 13th of June. Today (1st July) I got another parcel with allegedly right dress but there was dress size 40!
Wolf&Badger customer service has been ignoring my email answering them every other week (in other words I have been ignored for 2 weeks) blaming delays on the new delivery service and what not.
I would like to ask you why do you treat your customers like that?

P.S Of course Sveta Milano will receive the most negative review possible.
