In the interest of saving a small business a ton of grief, DO NOT sign a lease with an HR company like Paradigm. Ever. Make sure your landlord is a real person, not just a faceless corp with a team of hungry lawyers from Gowlin**. 5 years, so glad to be done with them. So exhausting, and they still screw you over in the end. Ms.Hopkins (the CEO of Paradigm) is beyond qualified and impressively professional. If I were a landlord and wanted zero "tenant headaches" I'd hire Paradigm in a second. Their due diligence is second to none. But... I was a tenant, and my (5 year) experience was horrible and thus the poor review. Rent from real people!
