I had an average experience with Qaderoonsa. The website qaderoon.sa is easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found some areas where improvement is needed. The customer support team was not very responsive and it took them a long time to resolve my issue. Overall, I would rate Qaderoonsa as average.
