The experience with Bencoma has been overall satisfactory. The quality of their products and services has been great. The customer support team is always helpful and responsive. However, there have been a few instances where there were delays in delivery which was a bit frustrating. But overall, I would rate them as excellent based on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
