Went here on New Years morning, didn t take card under 5 euros which is understandable (even though I was short only 23c for my order which would ve been a nice gesture for them to say it was okay) but anyway. Paid on card but didn t get a receipt which was weird, the lady behind the counter took advantage of the situation and charged me 10 euros for 2 coffee after seeing the original receipt that was 5 euros. I checked my bank account to confirm and I confronted them and they told me I was wrong despite it having the name of their store and the date) It is only 5 euros, but it was the principle. This was our last day in Italy ruined by selfishness. Sei una persona terrible
