I had a mixed experience with Windows Undercover. The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, the quality of their products was average at best. I had to return one of the windows due to a defect, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I would say that Windows Undercover is an okay company to work with, but there is certainly room for improvement.
