I had an average experience with The kiltwalk. The website is user-friendly, but I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, it wasn't very helpful. The product I received was of decent quality, but I expected more. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
