I had an average experience with Idepop brand design. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The overall design of their products was good, but I expected more creativity and uniqueness. The customer support was decent, although it took a bit longer for them to respond to my queries. I think they have the potential to improve and offer great designs in the future.
