I had a somewhat average experience with Arkafort. While their website is easy to navigate and they have a decent range of products, the overall quality is hit or miss. Some items I purchased were great, while others were not up to my expectations. The customer service was satisfactory, though it took them a bit longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. All in all, an average company.
