Spoke to one lady here, no idea of her name, weird...

Spoke to one lady here, no idea of her name, weird and rude, I told her an active profile and need help to increase my score or find alternatives through PNP programs..
Displayed zero interest, just disconnected the call and never heard from them again.
In a way it's good I guess, saved myself from a bunch of uncouth illiterates.
