I have been a customer of Telecom Business Solutions, Inc. for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The internet speed is decent, but the customer service is lacking. Whenever I have an issue, it takes forever to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5 stars.
