The company has no responsibility and commitment to its customer. For the second time, I am "in the vacuum" in a negotiation in the exchange of my property for another. It would be more coherent and professional if the broker (and the director) were direct and objective in informing that a negotiation could not be accomplished instead of being "cooking the client in a double boiler."
