I've been to a few baking classes before, but the one I took at bakeryinstitute.nl really stood out. The instructors were experienced and passionate, and they created a welcoming environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions. I learned a lot of new techniques and got plenty of hands-on practice. The only thing I will say is that the website could use a bit of improvement in terms of usability. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bakery Institute to others.
