I offered a care to my pregnant wife in May. She had a meeting today for her relaxing time. Arrival on site, it is announced that the care is canceled because the room is under construction. Ok, why not ... But you could not prevent in advance?!?! Before my wife does not go for 2 hours of public transport during a heat wave for example? She came swimming, not even a glass of water, nothing at all ... very mediocre service. Commercial side, no gesture. just the bare minimum: a refund and again, my wife struggled to get it.
