I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Phorus and I must say, it was an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The representatives I spoke with were polite but not very knowledgeable about their products. The shipping was also a bit slow. Overall, I would give Phorus a 3 out of 5 rating.
