I recently had the opportunity to work with a finishing company and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The company provided efficient service and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. However, there were a few areas where I felt they could have improved. The communication could have been better as I sometimes had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other companies in the industry. Nevertheless, I would still recommend them for their quality workmanship and reliable service.
