My wife and I met Vaughan a few weeks ago at an open home. Vaughan was very approachable and friendly and asked us about what we were looking for, what our budget was and without being nosey asked about our finances to get a clear picture about how he could help. On the spot he was able to give us some great advice, how he could help us with our budget and some banks that would be able to help in our situation. We contacted Vaughan by email the next day(which was a Sunday) and he emailed us back within a few hours. From there he got a few more details from us so he could obtain some quotes from lenders. By Monday evening we had 5 banks that would work within our budget. We then set up a meeting for later that week after hours (which was greatly appreciated) and started the loan application paperwork. That night and the next day Vaughan completed all of the paperwork and had sent it off to the bank. I would highly recommend him to any prospective home buyer and his professionalism has been second to none. He always follows up phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. You will not be disappointed!!
