I have been a resident at Lakehaven Lane Condominium Owners Association for several years now and I have to say that my experience has been average. The management is somewhat responsive to issues but there is definitely room for improvement. The amenities are decent and well-maintained. The only downside is that the parking can be limited at times, especially during weekends and holidays. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
