I had a rather average experience with Tiko. The printer I bought was delivered on time, but it had a few minor issues. Their customer service was helpful in resolving the problems, although it took a bit longer than expected. After the necessary repairs, the printer is now functioning well. Overall, I would consider Tiko as an okay option for 3D printers.
