I had an average experience with Sigmaplus srl. The website sigmaplus.com.do is easy to navigate and the overall design is clean and professional. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. I expected better communication and support from a company of their caliber. Despite this, I was able to get the job done with their products, but I don't think I will be using their services again.
