I had an average experience with BackerSpring. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall process to be quite slow. It took a while for my project to be approved and I felt like the support team was not very responsive. However, I did manage to raise the funds I needed, so I can't complain too much. Overall, it was an okay experience.
