I recently made a purchase from a different website and was not happy with the product. It was low quality and did not meet my expectations. However, when I came across Trados, I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
