the food was great! my friend and I ordered the banana pecan pancakes and eggs benedict. the poached eggs were nicely done. unfortunately, the service there was poor. no one greeted us when we walked in nor did they acknowledged us when we left. the waitress was not welcoming. she wasn't friendly and she didn't offer to help us when we wanted to move our seatings indoors. the staff team was mundane and unwelcoming. they all seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere. if only customer service was as great as the food, I'd recommend russell's bistro. unfortunately, it isnt.
