Excellent as always but have never eaten at one of Ruth's (once met Ms. Fratel cooking a steak in the kitchen @ her original New Orleans restaurant) with a posted "no hats" policy. This entrepreneur actually mortgaged her house to open that 1st restaurant. I'd say she made a wise & sound decision!
