My husband was airlifted here last Sunday, he had a terrible experience. I could not come because we live 3 hours away. He was neglected and injured, they attempted to cath him, as he told them "no" therefore they did not have the right. He told them twice not to cath him. (Abuse) they tried anyway and injured him, he bled all over the lower area of the bed, he was covered in blood that dried on him, he laid there for hours without being cleaned up. He urinated blood for 2 days. He also was stripped naked during this and asked 3 times for a blanket, he NEVER was brought one, the nurse said she just had to give him a sheet for dignity. He laid there shivering.....Horrible experience in general. I am filing a complaint asap. As I left a message with the director of patient care. I will see if I am contacted....... zero stars if i could rate.
