I had an average experience with Leap. The company website, highvalue.co.jp, provided a satisfactory service and the overall customer support was decent. However, there were some areas where they could improve. The website design felt outdated and navigation was not very intuitive. Additionally, the response time for customer inquiries was relatively slow. Despite these drawbacks, Leap did deliver the product as promised and it met my expectations. In conclusion, while there is room for improvement, Leap is still an okay company to work with.
