I have had a mixed experience with Crowd Metric Solutions, Inc. The website crowdmetric.com is well-designed and offers useful features. However, there were a few instances where I faced issues with the service. The customer support team was able to resolve the problems promptly, but it did affect my overall experience. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
