The overall experience with Videosurf, inc. was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt in responding to my queries. However, I felt that the video recommendations were not very accurate. There were times when I would get suggestions that were completely unrelated to my interests. Overall, Videosurf, inc. is a decent company but there is definitely room for improvement.
