👍 I've been training at Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade for a few months now and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. The training sessions are challenging but also extremely rewarding. I have seen a vast improvement in my physical fitness and self-defense skills. I highly recommend this academy to anyone looking to learn martial arts.
