I received a letter from Bazuin & Partners demanding money from a company I have never had business with or have ever heard of.
Bazuin & Partners were informed and asked if they could check the authenticity of this assignment. At that time I was still naive enough to believe that both me and Bazuin & Partners were in danger of becoming a victim of a bunch of crooks.

After no response to my request, I did receive a thick envelope after 2 weeks in the letterbox ... summoned. Unless I would transfer a few hundred euros, the summons would not be withdrawn, regardless of whether or not the assignment should have been accepted.

I have since discovered that this is part of the business model of Bazuin & Partners. It is a lucrative trade for Bazuin & Partners to take on all assignments and settle z.s.m. in the direction of a summons. For 1 person who stands up for his or her rights, there are 10 other people who are intimidated by threats and will then choose eggs for their money.
A very profitable trade and Bazuin & Partners wash their hands in innocence when someone does his or her justice, because yes 'ich habe es nicht gesusus'.

Everyone who works for this company will have to scratch their heads and ask themselves if their moral compass is pointing in the right direction.
