Mellen, Smith & Pivoz, PLC is an average company. The services they offer are decent and the staff is fairly helpful. However, I have noticed a few issues with their communication. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and their explanations can be a bit confusing. Overall, I would say they provide an acceptable service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
