Had an outpatient procedure, despite it being simple and straightforward every trip to the hospital can be anxiety provoking. Luckily lawnwood streamlined the process; everything from before check in to discharge was organized efficient and thoughtfully done. Pre-procedure holding nurses, as well as special procedures team members were kind and kept my comfort in mind making me feel at ease. Kudos on a job well done Lawnwood!!
