I recently purchased a new bike, and like my last 3 bikes, I counted on the team at the Bikery to help me get the perfect shiny new machine. I had a LOT of questions! That s just me though, and so had the opportunity to speak with probably the entire staff at one point or another and got really helpful advice from everyone. Dave who owns the place, help me decide on the best frame for my abilities, and got me started with options for all the components. With help from Tammy and Dave and a lot of patience from Anthony, I picked the partz for what I hoped would be a fun bike to ride. Anthony in particular really got me to think about details that shaped decisions about component selection that are going to change my thinking on my riding!

Once all the parts showed up, the team in service got my new bike together in short order, Dave C in service has worked on other members of my fleet of bikes, so I knew the build would be perfect, BUT of course I have questions, Ken (service manager) and his team in service, like the team in Sales had all the answers for me. Ultimately, my bike was perfect and all the details taken care of. Now I have an amazing bike that puts a smile on my face whenever I ride it (and often even when I don t).

As a follow up, I decided to have a full fit session with Anthony (spent a good bit of money for my budget on the bike, should spend a few to make sure the fit is perfect!) The process is a few hours, questions and answers, flexibility tests, pedaling on the bike, video capture, video review, you get the idea! Well after all of that, the adjustments were pretty small (I had a fit done about 2 years ago, so had been using those numbers/measurements), but man, what a difference in the on the bike feel ! Money and time well spent with the Bikery Team!
