The food and service at Latin Quarters is absolutely amazing. The ambiance is great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend their empanadas and paella. The flavors are rich and authentic. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
