I had a mixed experience with Uc hub - ringcentral partner. Some aspects were great, while others were not up to par. The customer service team was excellent. They answered all my questions promptly and provided helpful solutions. However, the website navigation could be improved. It was a bit confusing to find the information I needed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
