I must say that IBM, on the outside, is beautiful. Inside, the situation changes a little. In my opinion I think they should renovate the cubicles, everything is very closed and should be more colorful to encourage the creativity and innovation of its employees. I also think that they should play with the concept of scent marketing, since in my last visit I did not have very pleasant smells.
