I had a mixed experience with Ask Hillary's. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt and helpful. However, the quality of the products I purchased was not up to par. The colors were not as vibrant as they appeared on the website and the fabric felt cheap. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
