Old Trail Village is an average company. The overall experience was decent, but there was nothing outstanding or exceptional about their services. The website could use some improvements and the customer service could be more responsive. However, I appreciate the efforts they put into maintaining the cleanliness of the village. All in all, it was a satisfactory experience.
