I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jordan's Automotive, and I have to say this was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was the most stress less process ever! I loved the Jordan Price, which completely eliminated the haggling. I left feeling good about what I had just bought, where in past purchases no matter what I bought I always felt personally violated. Jordan's gave me an extremely fair trade in and also was priced perfectly. I worked with both Shawndel Gordan and his manager Kara, I would recommend them to anyone. Shawndel was very professional, and took all of my concerns and questions into account. I did have an issue with brakes not feeling 100% and Shawndel worked with me with no problems. He actually made the appointment for me with the service dept, came to my job to pick up the vehicle, and then brought it back to me personally. This was treatment that I truly appreciated because as a single mother of 3 with a full time job time is very valuable. I cannot imagine ever buying a car from another dealer!
