I recently purchased a product from Xpean Pty Ltd and I must say I had an average experience. The shipping was on time and the product was as described. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better from a company with such a good reputation.
