I recently made a purchase from Radiant World Enterprises and had an average experience. The website, radiantworldbooks.com, is decent and has a good collection of books. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not impressive. The customer service was responsive but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. There is room for improvement in their overall service.
